Responsibilities- Complete company‑paid training and acquire the skills needed to manage a pest‑control service route.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem solver for each customer, listening to their needs and recommending the most efficient solutions.
- Prepare and install home or business services, including attic remediations, crawl‑space encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant‑heat barriers for energy efficiency.
- Interact with customers in their home or business by setting project expectations and walking them through the process.
- Complete all required service‑related documentation using the hand‑held device provided for speed and accuracy.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Independent worker who can manage route‑based assignments and interact with customers inside homes or businesses.
- Use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Work in various weather conditions.
