We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Canyon Crest in Albuquerque, NM. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and appearance of our facilities. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including detailed reports on repairs and replacements.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
• Assist in monitoring and managing inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Participate in on-call rotation to address after-hours maintenance issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
