• Physically able to climb to heights in excess of 300 feet daily
• Able to work in all weather conditions year-round
• Some construction and/or electrical experience
• Enjoy working with hands
• Willing to travel on a 6‑week rotation followed by a 7‑10 day break (travel expenses covered)

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Install, replace, or repair antenna system equipment
• Distribute, pick up, and organize tools and materials
• Install, modify, and mount equipment on towers
• Use test equipment to identify and fix problems
• Work with a team to perform tower structure inspections
• Climb and work on communications towers for installation, replacement, and repair of antenna systems
• Handle hand tools and mechanical equipment with care
• Read site plans and tower drawings
• Understand hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and energized lines

• Competent Climber/Rescuer
• Competent Rigger
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30
• First Aid/AED/CPR
• RF Awareness
• Hazard Communications
• Bloodborne Pathogens
• Capstan Hoist/Base Mounted Hoist/Ginpole Principles
• Kaleus/Anritsu/Exfo Training
