$26 - $34 per hour (based on experience)
We are preparing for a very busy end to 2026 and beyond! We are looking for concrete construction professionals who are looking for a way to develop their skills, opportunities to grow within, and a clear career path!
You must be able to start by the end of October!!

Qualifications:Must have experience in concrete construction.
Must have experience as a carpenter/form setter.
Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding:
- Safety
- Presenting themselves and the company professionally and competently.
- Must have self-provided and dependable transportation. (The company does not provide daily transportation - unless travel is required)
- Must be able to take, and pass, a drug test.
- Must have valid identification (, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Permanent Resident Card, etc.)
- Not Required
- A willingness to travel increases your potential earnings! (Projects are not only in Albuquerque but also in surrounding areas)
- Los Lunas, Albuquerque, Springer, Hobbs, Carlsbad, Santa Fe, Las Vegas(NM), and Zuni
