Job Description
Are you a licensed Journeyman Refrigeration Technician tired of corporate red tape? 1 For All is a locally owned and operated home services company with over 30 years of hands-on experience serving the Albuquerque area. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and we pride ourselves on fast, friendly, and professional work. We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman with strong experience in the installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair of all HVAC units.

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Service: Perform expert-level installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair across all types of HVAC and refrigeration units (including medium and low-temp refrigeration and boilers).
- Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose system issues in both commercial and residential settings and provide clear, professional solutions to customers.
- System Maintenance: Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and longevity of customer equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all repairs and installations meet local Albuquerque building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold an active New Mexico Journeyman Refrigeration / HVAC License (Non-negotiable).
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience covering the full spectrum of installation, service, and repair for all HVAC systems.
- Record & Background: Must have a clean driving record and the ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
- Certifications: EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants.
- Attributes: Fast, friendly, highly reliable, and a team player.
