Residency Program

Sagebrush is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders in ministry. Whether your calling is Worship Ministry, Creative Arts, Production, Youth Ministry, or Adult Ministry, we offer an apprenticeship program to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue your calling and spread the message of Christ. This rigorous program combines formalized training sessions and specialized on-the-job training with experts in the field, helping you develop a well-rounded professional skillset.

You will receive guidance on navigating nuanced, real-world situations to build a strong foundation for your career.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Residency program is designed for early career training and development. Therefore, we are seeking applicants with less than 10 years of work experience.

• Maintains a Christ-centered way of life that aligns with Sagebrush beliefs and mission.
• High school Diploma or equivalent required. A related Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• A teachable mindset, seeks continuous improvement, and values the opinions of others.
• Related volunteer or intern experience is preferred.
• Determination and drive to pursue goals with excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend all Residency training sessions. Be an active participant in discussions and projects.
• Complete assigned tasks with excellence, maintaining a teachable attitude.
• Develop professional skills such as organization, communication, and professional writing.
• Perform additional responsibilities and job duties that vary based on area of study.
