Do you enjoy working with people and building connections? As a Job Developer, you’ll work with local businesses, support clients through the job search, and be there as they succeed on the job. It’s hands‑on, people‑focused work where your impact is easy to see.

Job Type: Full‑time – Monday through Friday; hours may vary (must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed). Pay:
From $20.00 per hour.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; college degree in related field preferred.
• Two (2) years work experience in business or industry.
• One (1) year experience training individuals with disabilities preferred.

• Must  background/fingerprint investigation, TB test, and pre‑employment drug screening.
• Must possess a valid NM driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance, reliable transportation, and an agency insurable driving record.
• Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, reach above shoulder(s), kneel frequently, lift 50 lbs., squat, crouch, balance, push/pull, carry occasionally, and meet any requirement to do the job clients are being trained to perform.
• Must be able to sit and perform computer tasks continuously as required to perform the essential duties.
