Human Services/ Social Work, Community Health
Every day, people across Albuquerque face impossible choices between health, housing, safety, and survival. For more than four decades, Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless has stood alongside our community’s most vulnerable neighbors, providing compassionate care, creating pathways to stability, and championing systemic change. More than 5,000 people each year find support through our integrated model of care, but our impact extends far beyond the walls of our clinic.
Through advocacy, partnership, and innovation, we are working to transform the systems that drive homelessness and build a community where everyone has the opportunity to live with dignity, health, and hope.
Are you passionate about housing equity and making a tangible impact in your community? Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Housing Navigator to bridge the gap between crisis and stability. In this critical role, you will serve as a systems-integrated resource, connecting individuals residing in shelters, respite care, motels, or places not meant for human habitation to vital housing opportunities and social services.
Operating from a compassionate, harm-reduction model, you will walk alongside clients to navigate complex systems and advocate for sustainable housing solutions.
