- You will provide overall support to the HELPNM Community Services Director related to the all-Community Services program services, deliverables, and requirements.
- You will recommend applicants for Community Support Advocates (CSA) during the selection process and training newly onboarding CSA's.
- You will be responsible for conducting periodic training for CSA's.
- You will schedule community events and engagements in partnership with other community agencies.
- You will evaluate the effectiveness of existing community services.
- You will plan, develop, recommend, and implement innovative community services.
- You will act as a key advisor to the Community Services Director on program design, service delivery models, and community engagement strategies.
- Associate degree from an accredited junior college in Family Studies and two (2) years of progressive experience in employment and/or training programs, social services, and/or with the low-income population
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in program administration, staff supervision, and community-based service delivery.
- Any combination of education from an accredited university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling 4 years may substitute for the required education and experience
