Heart Well Services LLC is seeking Life Skills Coaches to support individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in Albuquerque, NM. Coaches accompany clients in the community, teach daily living skills, and use their own vehicle to transport clients to activities throughout the week.
A typical day starts at 9am and ends at 3pm, with various shifts including weekends. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, sick leave, mileage reimbursement, and training bonuses.
