We’re hiring a Founding AI Engineer for a stealth‑mode healthcare venture backed by $2M in self‑funding and led by repeat entrepreneurs with multiple exits.

This is a rare ground‑floor opportunity to build AI tools that genuinely improve lives. You’ll work directly with clinicians and product leaders to reimagine care workflows, deploy LLMs, and automate complex decision‑making with safety, speed, and empathy.

In this role, you’ll:

• Deploy LLMs and multi‑agent systems to power AI‑driven care

• Optimize backend performance, latency, and cost

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3 or more years of experience shipping AI‑powered products
• Is strong with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, Python, and cloud platforms
• Is a builder at heart and motivated to fix healthcare from the inside
• Has startup or product ownership experience
• Is available to work full‑time, on‑site in Albuquerque
