What We're Looking For

* CDL-A license, 2 years

* 1-2 years of coast-to-coast long-haul experience

* Experience with flatbed, step deck, or double drop freight

* Solid freight securement and tarping skills (in all weather)

* Clean MVR with no OWIs in the past 5 years

* Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Reliable, disciplined, and passionate about your craft

Your Life as a Kaiser Driver

As part of our elite OTR team, you'll haul open-deck freight nationwide using our Trailer Space Sharing (TSS) model. No two days are the same-you'll plan, load, secure, and deliver with precision and purpose. You'll manage your freight, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safety every mile of the way.

We'll train you the Kaiser way during paid orientation at our Wisconsin terminal-covering travel expenses and paying you while you learn. When you're ready to roll, you'll know you're set up for success.
