This Customer Experience Representative (CXR) role provides superior, friendly customer service, handles rental transactions, offers company products, and ensures a positive experience for all customers.

The position is located at the McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa, TN.

• Sunday – Thursday 12:00 p – 8:30 p
• Thursday – Monday 10:00 a – 6:30 p

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products.
• Offer additional assistance such as directions, maps, and local area information.
• Answer incoming reservation, rate quote, and general inquiry calls; provide information and resolution for customers.
• Place outbound callback and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return.
• Notify management of any customer or vehicle problems and required maintenance.
• Continuously build knowledge and skills through on‑the‑job training and development opportunities.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Willing to accept a seasonal position up to 150 days of employment.
