Electrical Engineer will be responsible for capital improvements and assisting with production uptime.
Responsibilities:- Working closely with production and maintenance to upgrade existing equipment.
- Performing repairs.
- Installing new machinery.
- Supporting day-to-day operations by acting as a resource for skilled trades and contracted services.
- Managing capital investment projects including the design, budget proposals, scope, and specifications.
- Maintaining and managing control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems in the plant.
- Assisting in production with identifying efficient and sustainable improvements to production centers.
- Assisting maintenance with equipment and control system troubleshooting.
- Implementing automation designs to improve safety, reliability, and reducing down time.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment (internships count towards this requirement)
