Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer III
Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extension
Location: Alcoa, TN
Shift Timing: 7:30 am - 4:30 PM M-F
Key Responsibilities- Monitor performance of production critical equipment
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is running efficiently
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies based on master plan to minimize unplanned downtime
- Support project execution and process optimization
- Provide regular performance reports
- Act as backup support for other engineers, ensuring continuity during absences or high workloads
- Assist with cost savings initiatives, minimizing downtime and reviewing spare parts
- Continuous improvement opportunities
- Preventive maintenance focus
- Backup support role to reduce bottlenecks and delays
- Cost savings initiatives and spare parts review
