As a Sourcing Associate
, you’ll play a key role in building and managing a supply base that delivers quality, value, and cost-effective supply chain solutions. This role supports business strategy, strengthens supplier partnerships, and drives innovation in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier development.
• Monitor supply market trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead supplier contracts, negotiations, and nominations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier performance issues.
• Drive cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and quality initiatives.
• Support commodity sourcing activities for new projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
• 5–7 years of sourcing/procurement/supply chain experience.
• Strong supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost-reduction background.
• Proficiency with procurement/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
