Job Title: Electrical & Controls Technician
Location: Alcoa, TN
Pay Range: $35-$43/hr.
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking an Electrical & Controls Technician to join their dedicated team. As an Electrical & Controls Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance and engineering department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
What’sthe Job?
- Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting to ensure seamless automation processes
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Support ongoing projects related to electrical and control systems
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of schematic reading and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work a 12-hour alternating day schedule, including day and night shifts
- Flexibility to work on a 2-2-3 or 5-2 schedule
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
