We are seeking a skilled Biscuit Maker to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for biscuit production.
Operate baking equipment and ovens to ensure optimal baking conditions.
Monitor the baking process to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
Decorate biscuits as needed, utilizing cake decorating techniques to enhance presentation.
Package finished products for distribution while ensuring quality control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, following food safety guidelines.
Assist in food preparation tasks as required, including chopping and handling ingredients with proper knife skills.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflow.
Skills
Proficiency in baking techniques with experience in pastry production.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in food production and preparation is highly desirable.
Creative flair for cake decorating is a plus, enhancing the visual appeal of baked goods.
