Position Summary

Seeking full-time retail sales associates to join our nationwide pawn store locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

Compensation includes hourly wages plus commissions based on sales performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer engagement and rapport building.
• Sales and loan processing.
• Maintaining store presentation.
• Handling cash and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS operation skills.

Commission Plan

Potential earnings of 2-8% commission based on personal performance and gross profit, details provided during interview.
