Pay: $600 - $900 Weekly
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - Finish
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to support inbound freight operations in a distribution center environment. This is a physically active role responsible for safely unloading freight, organizing product, and helping ensure the efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities- Unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
- Sort, stage, and palletize products for warehouse operations
- Move product throughout the facility as needed
- Assist with freight handling, repacking, and product organization
- Inspect freight for visible damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain productivity and safety standards throughout the shift
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership
- Previous warehouse, unloading, freight handling, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior warehouse equipment experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performance team
- Ability to lift and carry 25-75 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods
- Comfortable performing physical labor in a warehouse environment
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions throughout the workday
