Operations Administrator

Alderley Edge (Office Based)

£30,000 - Sickness Scheme + Free Parking + Long-Term Stability

Are you an organised Administrator with strong customer service skills looking to join a growing flexible workspace business backed by one of the UK's largest privately owned property groups?

Are you looking for a role where you can take ownership of administrative processes, support customers and suppliers, and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful workspace provider?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that provides flexible workspace solutions including coworking memberships, private offices and meeting room facilities.

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, managing customer enquiries, maintaining booking and CRM systems, tracking payments and invoices, producing reports, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

The Role:
  • Managing customer enquiries for memberships, meeting rooms and private offices
  • Tracking payments, invoices and booking system activity
  • Maintaining CRM records and tracking customer feedback
  • Analysing booking data and compiling monthly reports
  • Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives
The Person :
  • Previous Administration experience within flexible work spaces, serviced offices or coworking environments advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Basic reporting and data analysis skills
