Customer Care Administrator
- Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join our well-established client based in Wilmslow. This role would be an excellent opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate their organisation and communication.
Duties- Issuing welcome letters and recording for the 6-week check in
- Answering customer service telephone calls and emails
- Logging information in the correct files
- Raising work requests on the systems and monitoring spreadsheets
- Responding to customer queries
- Ordering materials/purchase orders
- Coordinating and diarising appointments
- Issuing forms and documents
- Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure they are dealt with efficiently
- Preparing reports and minutes for weekly customer service meetings processing staff holidays/sickness/absences
- Collation of weekly timesheets for payroll
- Confirming arrangements on behalf of the director
