Royal London is seeking a Business and Technical Implementation Manager to lead the migration of Life and Pensions books from legacy mainframe to Integro. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across business readiness, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams—business, technology, operations and suppliers—providing clear go/no-go evidence and a controlled handover into business as usual, while managing risks and dependencies.
