Digital Marketing and Acquisition Lead

Designer Recruitment are seeking a Digital Marketing & Acquisition Lead for our client who specilaises in luxury kitchens in Cheshire. Reporting to Head of Marketing, we are looking for a performance-driven Digital Acquisition Lead to deliver our client's paid media, SEO, CRO, and digital acquisition strategy across the brands network. You will manage a multi-channel digital strategy to drive qualified leads, enhance conversion performance, and optimise marketing ROI.

This is a permanent role offering up to £40,000 for the right candidate.

Digital Marketing & Acquisition Lead duties:

• Own and deliver the brands digital acquisition strategy, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and measurable business growth
• Manage all paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, You Tube and Linked In, optimising for CPL, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Oversee performance and budget allocation across all digital channels, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Lead SEO strategy and collaborate with content teams to improve visibility, website performance, and organic lead acquisition.
