The Litigation Fee Earner will be responsible for your own case load of pre and post issue fast track RTA matters, the majority of which will be litigated. The successful Litigation Fee Earner will have strong PI experience and have managed their own case load of RTA cases.

• Handling a case load of RTA files and updating clients on a regular basis
• Use of MOJ portal
• Drafting and issuing legal proceedings
• Handling Fast Track litigated case loads
• Liaison via email and phone
• Working to deadlines

So, the role of Litigation Fee Earner is busy and varied. You will have strong communication skills and be confident when dealing with clients and handling sensitive and confidential information. The role of Litigation Fee Earner is a key one and the ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience within RTA. You will enjoy this type of work and be a strong negotiator.
