The role of RTA Portal Fee Earner is varied and hugely customer facing. You must have knowledge of Stages 1 and 2 of the MOJ Portal and some of the key duties will include:

• Processing claims via the MOJ portal
• Taking initial calls and all relevant information over the phone and face to face
• Gathering all relevant information for the RTA claim
• Opening new claims on solcase and adhering to SLA’s
• Responding to a high volume of emails on a daily basis
• Submission of CNF to the Portal
• Conduct of cases through stage 1 and 2 of the Ministry of Justice Portal
• Supporting Litigation Fee Earners
• Maintaining the case file on management systems
• Managing a high volume of cases and prioritising workload accordingly

So the role of RTA Portal Fee Earner is key to this business and you will be confident and really enjoy this type of work. The perfect candidate for the role of RTA Portal Fee Earner will have previous fee earning experience, ideally within RTA and at least 12 months experience. You will also perform other duties related to RTA allocated to you by your team leader.
