Based in Harlow, you will be joining a well-known manufacturing company which specialises in the design and manufacture of a wide range of products used in the retail, FMCG, food, print and more industries! Offering a wide range of benefits and an excellent working environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production planning, manufacturing administration, ERP systems, or operational coordination to play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of work through production.
The successful candidate will support production planning activities, manufacturing order processing, ERP data management, and customer order coordination within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Prepare and maintain item and production data within the ERP system. Coordinate production planning activities and monitor manufacturing priorities. Create, review, and release manufacturing orders for production. Process customer orders and issue order confirmations. Maintain accurate ERP records and support data integrity Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and ERP processes. This is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.
Skills & Experience required:
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment. A good understanding of production planning and manufacturing order processes. Experience using ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing setting. Strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive, flexible, and customer-focused approach.
