Luxury Showroom Manager

Quorn Country Tiles Limited, established in 1995, is a leading retailer and importer of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring. We have nine showrooms across the UK with a head office based in Loughborough and a new showroom opening in Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small sales team
  • Welcome customers, build relationships and provide advice on suitability, sizing and pricing
  • Process quotations, payments, deliveries and provide outstanding after‑sales service
  • Problem‑solve and support customers’ needs
  • Manage the showroom diary and online appointments
  • Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
  • Occasional travel to other showrooms or head office
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and outstanding time‑management and organisation skills
  • Experience managing, developing and upskilling direct reports
  • Confident and engaging face‑to‑face communication skills
  • Strong written communication – clear, concise emails
  • Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive sales
  • Background in design, interiors or the creative industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player who is helpful and enjoys meeting people
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Access to a private vehicle and a valid driving licence (location requirement)

Working Hours

37 hours per week, with two days off.

Salary & Bonus

Base salary £32,000‑£35,000 plus performance bonus up to £20,925 (OTE £55,925). Pay range £32,000‑£55,925 per year.

Location & Commute

Showroom based in Cheshire. Candidates must have access to their own vehicle and a driving licence. Ability to commute or relocate to Alderley Edge (SK9) is required.
