Base Salary: £25,000‑£27,000 per annum plus performance bonus potential of up to £6,200 (OTE £33,200)

Job DescriptionAs a Sales Advisor, you will work closely with our showroom team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The role requires a friendly and confident communicator who thrives in a customer service/sales role. The fast‑paced nature of the role requires candidates who are extremely organised, able to prioritise tasks, and proactive as well as reactive to customer requirements. The sales process can begin via phone, email or in person, and it is important you communicate clearly and confidently across each platform.
AdditionalResponsibilities
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Make outbound calls to our customer database
- Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide outstanding after‑sales service
- Provide advice on suitability, sizing, pricing while showcasing an interior design flair
- Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
- Arrange samples for dispatch
- Welcome customers to the showroom and build relationships with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome at all times
- Maintain a clean and tidy showroom
- Provide drinks during customer appointments
- Confirm showroom appointments with customers prior to arrival

Due to the location of our showroom, applicants must have access to their own vehicle and a driving licence.
Location & Working HoursLocation:
Alderley Edge, UK (SK9).
Working hours:
37 hours per week, 2 days off.
Full‑time, Entry level.
