Rate: £42.00 CIS per hour
CompanyNuclear engineering, waste management and decommissioning specialist. AWE Aldermaston site with ongoing work for commercial, data centres and nuclear. This position requires a construction project engineer with a Mechanical bias.
Project DetailsProject length:
On-going
Mechanical Construction Project Engineer – 50–60 hour expected working week.
Responsibilities- Prepare documentation to support project delivery, including Control Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and LTQR documentation.
- Background working on the tools in a Fitter position.
- Experience writing and signing off permits.
- 2+ years experience in the nuclear sector preferred.
- NVQ Level 4, HNC or HND – NVQ Level 3 alone will not be sufficient.
- CSCS Card.
- DV Clearance or the highest-level SC clearance held within the last 12 months.
- No dual nationals allowed.
£42.00 per hour CIS. Potential for 10 years of work and the option of a temporary‑to‑permanent contract.
