Pertemps Reading is recruiting a Yard Operative for a busy manufacturing team near Aldermaston. The role involves hands-on work with welding materials, sheet metal and structural parts, with training provided.
You will assist with preparing materials, welding panels, grinding surfaces and supporting general yard and workshop duties. The job is outdoors in all weather, with regular day shifts 07:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, at £13.21 per hour; voluntary overtime on Saturdays.
