Senior Associate - Corporate Finance

As we expand our Corporate Finance offering, we're looking for a Senior Associate who can elevate our transaction practice and help our clients make smarter strategic decisions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer ready to deepen their transaction expertise and take on genuine leadership responsibility. You'll work on high-value M&A deals, capital raises, and corporate restructurings—the kind of work where strong financial acumen genuinely moves the needle. You won't be a support player here; you'll lead deal teams, manage external advisors (accountants, investment banks, tax specialists), and own the financial story of each transaction.

Whether you're stress-testing acquisition models, building valuation analyses, or presenting findings to boards and executive teams, you'll be doing work that shapes real commercial outcomes.

Day-to-day, you'll build and scrutinise financial models to support transaction structuring and strategic planning; prepare investment memoranda, confidential information memoranda, and board materials that distil complex deals into clear, actionable insights; manage the entire lifecycle of transactions from origination through completion, coordinating seamlessly with our legal teams and external advisors; and mentor junior lawyers and trainees, helping them understand the financial and commercial dimension of corporate law.

You'll be comfortable switching between deep analytical work and high-level strategic conversations—the kind of lawyer who can explain why a particular valuation methodology matters to a CFO, and then build the model to prove it.
