We're looking for a proactive and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to become part of our supportive, forward thinking clinical team. The role offers 6 - 8 sessions per week and would suit a confident clinician who enjoys working independently while providing high quality, patient focused care. Applicants must be qualified Independent Prescribers, able to prescribe safely and autonomously within their professional scope.
Mainduties of the job Clinical Practice and Supervision

Prescribing and ManagementThe role includes prescribing and reviewing medications in line with evidence based practice, national guidelines, and practice policies, ensuring decisions remain within the practitioner’s competencies and the prescribing parameters set by the supervising GP. The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will support patients with both short‑term and long‑term conditions, using clinical judgement to apply drug and non‑drug treatment options as delegated by the wider clinical team.
Patient Safety and ReferralThe practitioner will provide patients with general health advice and guidance on minor illnesses, while maintaining a high standard of safe and effective clinical practice within their defined level of expertise.
