Salary: £25,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission

• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
• Win new business and support existing client accounts
• Make high quality outbound sales calls daily
• Attend face‑to‑face meetings with local businesses
• Build strong relationships with Marketing Managers and business owners
• Promote the full range of products and cross‑sell where appropriate
• Maintain accurate admin and uphold company processes

• High energy, enthusiasm, and a confident approach
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or communication
• Excellent communication skills (phone and in‑person)
• Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets
• Good relationship‑building skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise effectively
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential
