Role Overview Accounting Specialist responsible for managing core accounting operations within a structured, international industrial organisation. The role focuses primarily on accounts payable and general accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial processing across domestic and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes

Record and process supplier invoices (domestic, EU, and non-EU transactions)
Ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and accounting standards

Support general ledger accounting activities and month-end processes

Monitor and manage administrative deadlines and financial obligations

Verify accuracy of financial data and ensure proper documentation

Collaborate with internal finance teams in a structured corporate environment

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance role Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable processes

Understanding of Italian tax regulations, including intra-EU and extra-EU transactions

Experience in structured corporate or multinational environments preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
Good command of EnglishSAP experience is a strong advantage
