• As a team member, participates in transformation projects for internal and external clients.
• Will work within a structured team environment.
• Support recommendations / deliverables development, using various analysis
• Support development of transformation assets documentation (like GEM, GPM)
• Support transformational transition as SME
• Should be proficient in generic and specific process, Analytics, Problem Diagnosis & Solution, and generic technology.
• Should have baseline knowledge in People skills (Task Manager) and Stakeholder Management.
• Should have progressing knowledge in Benchmarking & Best Practices Assessment
