At Domino’s Pizza we’re looking for a natural leader to manage store operations, oversee a team of 3–30 staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. If you thrive on responsibility, multitasking and driving results, we want you to lead.

Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. They set the tone and lead by example, operating the store 100% of the time.

• Serve as Customer Service Representative and Driver.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shift.
• Oversee all store operations.
• Greet customers, take orders, answer the phone with a smile.
• Operate cash register, collect payment.
• Create fast, accurate products following portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver product to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness from front to back of the store.
• Maintain professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people; strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Clean driving record; pass Motor Vehicle Record check; reliable insured vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong role model; punctual, positive attitude, high standards for self and team.
• Availability to work 365 days a year, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 and older.
