Cameron House is a magnificent 5‑star resort located on the shores of Loch Lomond, where the Scottish Highlands meet the Lowlands. This 17th‑century baronial estate offers an award‑winning spa with a roof‑top infinity pool, 18‑hole championship golf course, extensive resort activities, and five restaurants and bars.
Our 208 bedrooms blend traditional and contemporary styles, with self‑catering lodges and luxurious suites. The lochside setting spans 400 acres of picturesque countryside, ideal for water, land, and adventure activities.
Role OverviewAs part of the spa team, you will report to the Spa Manager and handle guest check‑in, appointments, and inquiries, ensuring an exceptional first impression for all guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm, personalised welcome and handle guest feedback and requests
- Follow opening and closing checklists
- Sell treatments, spa experiences and retail items through recommendations and product knowledge
- Respond professionally to enquiries on phone, email, and in person
- Manage spa reservations and confirmations
- Diary management of treatment bookings
- Maintain cleanliness and order of reception areas
- Requisition stationery and supplies
- Handle cash and payments and perform daily banking and cash‑up procedures
- Test pool water and report results
- Perform CCTV checks to monitor guest safety
- Report maintenance issues
- Assist spa assistants and the therapy team as needed

(Eligibility)
- Experience in customer service, hospitality or the spa industry
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a flexible work approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills, including handheld technology usage
