• Proficiency in the tasks of Spa Attendants, including walk‑rounds, maintaining locker rooms, cleaning and tidying all areas including toilets and showers, replenishing amenities, receipt of deliveries, and handling laundry.
• Leading daily briefings and handovers.
• Organising the daily workload, delegating tasks and co‑ordinating breaks.
• Monitoring performance via checklists and SOPs.
• Providing feedback and undertaking informal counselling to support improved performance.
• Supporting the team with any shift challenges.
• On‑job training of new employees.
• Handling and resolving guest feedback.
• Departmental requisitions.

• HND/NC/SVQ or equivalent qualification, or equivalent experience in hospitality or tourism related field.
• Experience of supervision and of working in a similar spa, leisure or beauty environment.
• Thorough, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly build excellent working relationships.
• A flexible approach to work to meet operational demand.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic IT skills with knowledge of Office software and ability to use technology.
• UK Driving Licence preferred due to the shift pattern and spread out nature of the resort.
