We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow within our team. A new location is opening in Independence, KY, and we also welcome candidates willing to train in Alexandria for this store.

As a Shift Leader, you will support the management team in running their assigned location, ensuring exceptional customer service and high food quality.

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high‑quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike's experience.
• Handle cash accurately.
• Follow the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Develop team members for career growth.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Participate in local and national marketing initiatives.
• Build sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively.
• Show a sense of urgency.

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance, unless a medical notation permits otherwise.
• Work 38‑40 hours per week.
• Have reliable transportation and ability to commute.
• Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM about any issues.
• Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance, wearing a clean, pressed uniform daily.

• Education:
  
  High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
• Reliable transportation.
