Job DescriptionNewport Housing Authority / Neighborhood Foundations is seeking a qualified, full‑time apartment maintenance man or woman with strong skills to work in Newport, KY.
Responsibilities- Apartment turns
- General maintenance repairs
- Prepping & painting units
- Work orders as needed
- General maintenance of exterior grounds and systems
- Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than repair and maintenance
- Some formal training in carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, or refurbishing is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
- Salary is based on your experience.
