• Starting pay rate is $0.60 - $0.65 per mile, loaded and empty*
• We reward safety early and often—starting with a raise after your first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score. From there, pay increases are reviewed bi-annually, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings through safe, consistent driving.
• Out 8 days followed by 48 hours of home time
• Weekly guarantee for working full schedule

• Valid CDL-A
• Must have at least 12 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
• Minimum 21-years-old
• No DUI convictions in last 3 years
• Zero accidents in the last 6 months
• No more than 1 accident in last 12 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3-year period
• No reckless driving violations in the last 5 years
• DOT physical and drug screen required

• May be eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount for working a full schedule, not being responsible for any service failures, and no preventable accidents. Continued employment through the date of payment is a material condition of eligibility. Driver must complete 30 days of employment before eligibility for the guaranteed weekly gross pay.
