• As Superintendent, you’ll be our boots on the ground—leading all phases of construction in the field from project handoff through completion. You’ll manage crews, subcontractors, safety, quality, and scheduling, all while keeping the end goal in sharp focus: delivering commercial construction projects on time, on spec, and on budget.
• Interpret and execute project plans and specifications with precision
• Lead daily operations on the job site with accountability and authority
• Predict problems before they happen—and solve them when they do
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, architects, and subcontractors
• Perform material takeoffs and place timely orders
• Coordinate all field activities and enforce the project schedule
• Uphold the highest standards for job site safety and quality
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and monthly owner check-ins

This role is built for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and takes ownership of outcomes. You  hands-on, detail-oriented, and can pivot fast when things don  go as planned.

• Have experience leading commercial construction projects
• Have proven experience as a commercial construction superintendent
• Know how to lead people, manage resources, and control timelines
• Communicate clearly and confidently across all project stakeholders
• Are proactive, solution-focused, and highly accountable
• Are willing to travel for the job
