Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is actively seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Orthopaedic General Surgeon to join our high-performing, well-established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team with access to advanced technology, robust support, and strong community ties.

Position Highlights

• Join as an Associate Physician with a guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus

As the leading orthopaedic provider within a two-hour radius of Alexandria, LA, Mid State is known for delivering compassionate, personalized care using state-of-the-art technology.

• Team: 10 physicians, 6 PAs, and 3 NPs
• Facilities:
• Two main clinics (Alexandria & Pineville)
• Three satellite clinics
• One Orthopaedic Urgent Care
• Two physical therapy locations
• Onsite services include EMG, imaging, injections, and DME
• State-of-the-art ASC opening in August 2026 (Phase
