Physician - Interventional Cardiology

Overview

CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join an established practice in Alexandria, Louisiana.
CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, located in Alexandria Louisiana, is a 295-bed facility employing approximately 1,600 associates and a medical staff of over 325 physicians. CHRISTUS Cabrini offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services and is accredited by the Joint Commission.

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures (e.g., cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement).
• Interpret imaging results and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with cardiology and primary care teams to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care.
• Participate in rotating call schedule and inpatient consults.
• Contribute to the education of medical staff and residents, if applicable.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology (or board eligibility).
• Active or eligible for [State] medical license.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
