Program Overview

This project will ensure young adults are equipped with the knowledge and skills to enter the workforce in our local community through paid apprentices and internships. We will partner with major and minor employer partners, school systems and civic groups to ensure ample opportunity and support for entering and maintaining employment is afforded to persons ages 17 – 25.

• Network with existing and new potential partners to introduce the program and coordinate the orientation.
• Enhance training and support programs.
• Match placement of young adults via apprentices and internships.
