Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited programCurrent state license as a therapistMinimum 5 years of experience as a therapist, including 3+ years in a supervisory roleProven track record of leading therapy operations in a skilled nursing settingExceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesReady to Lead the Rehabilitation Revolution?
