We are looking for aProperty & Casualty Licensed Sales Producerwho thrives in a fast-paced environment, values integrity and hard work, and is passionate about helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in personal and/or commercial lines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent communication.
• Educate clients on insurance solutions that meet their needs and provide long-term value.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and underwriting guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty licensepreferable or will allow 30 days to become licensed.
• Hire on bonus available after 90 days if licensed
• Proven success in sales or business development (insurance industry preferred).
• High energy, self-motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude.
• A people person—genuine interest in building relationships and helping others.
• Strong ethical foundation—character and integrity are non-negotiable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Driven to grow a career in insurance, not just find a job.
