As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality care and services for our residents. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate exceptional personalized care.

You will collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage associates, and build resident and family satisfaction.

• Structured six‑week orientation, local nurse mentors, and ongoing collaborative support.

• State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.

Manages the day‑to‑day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, and staffing for licensed nurses and direct‑care staff. Provides clinical leadership for a team of up to five members. Ensures quality care, dignity, and respect for residents as their healthcare needs change.
