Pediatric Seasonal RN Rate - $55/hour plus shift differentials

Job Summary and Qualifications What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse license required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Seasonal Program Requirements – Seasonal PRN Status with a Full-Time Schedule - Program runs 9/21/25 - 4/4/26

· All seasonal RNs are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period
· Three (3) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period
· 1 year of Pediatric/PICU experience is required
· During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee)
· Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital
· Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for benefits, except 401(k) and retirement contribution per the PRN policy
· Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for extra shift bonuses
· Registered Nurses who are in the Seasonal program will have one opportunity to pass the clinical competency evaluation ·
